We have procedures in place for raising issues (please see Student Handbook), but if you would like to take the matter further or it is considered by you inappropriate to discuss with the Programme Leader or Student Support Officer, then please use this page to contact the Direction of Education of your campus.
Remember that you need to explain the issue clearly and that we need as much information as possible, so that we can understand the problem and work on a solution where possible.
If you choose the option "anonymous", please remember that we won't be able to ask you questions and to investigate the problem to a greater extent.
